One of the innovative brands that took the pandemic as an opportunity to respond to new consumer habits and build a business during this most difficult of times, the pandemic-born brand, Ili Pot Steamboat & Grill Delivery experienced a “good coronavirus”, taking great advantage of consumers going digital back in 2020. 

While COVID-19 becomes endemic and with the market reopening up, as a brand without a brick-and-mortar store and only exists fully online, the challenge now is to continue on the brand traction and increase the brand awareness to have more people be interested in the brand and choose us over the sea of food choices that are now made available to them both online and offline. 

In this ultra-competitive industry, we managed to help Ili Pot stay afloat and grow meaningfully through what we do best – strategizing, social media management, creative development, and media ad buying.  

Our Approach

  • Developed a mix of created & curated content on our social media platforms & produced always-on posts that are relevant to the target market: food reels, set shoutouts, recipe videos, stop motions
  • Contextualize the brand with contents that are relevant to the occasion (ie. International Cats Day)
  • Trendjack to stay relevant to the current context/trend (ie. Little Miss)
  • Run contests occasionally to give the page an additional boost of engagements
  • Covered full marketing funnel with social media (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Google Search, YouTube, Performance Max) with awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns
  • Frequent review of marketing strategy to ensure the relevancy of plans
  • Identifying and speaking to the right target audiences efficiently with cookie-cutter creatives and precise targeting
  • Determining the right keywords to leverage digitally & make the most out of it through relevant ads

The Results

  • Facebook page grew 345% more page followers in the first quarter of Adstra Miles managing the social account of Ili Pot than it did in its previous quarter
  • Organic reach for the quarter increased by 108% with the social postings created
  • The average page post engagement rate for the quarter was 123% higher than the previous quarter’s postings
  • Engaged users on Instagram increased by 289% as compared to the previous period
