Joining hands with VANZO Asia, an air refresher brand that aims to be known for its quality and commitment to healthy air in Asia, Adstra Miles took on the challenge to transform the social pages to be less sales-y, while connecting with the target audiences through effective social media management and media management.


Rethinking the way social media works for the brand.

Before: Hard-selling contents on the grid. After: Brand-building, lifestyle contents to increase relatability.

Our Approach

  • Developed a mix of lifestyle and hard-selling content (ie. USP, sales posts) with different monthly focuses to cover the different product mixes that the brand offers
  • Created dual language content development, along with language/community-specific contents Explored different content formats – reels, carousel, statics, GIFs, short videos
  • Covered full marketing funnel with social media (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max) with awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns
  • Frequent review of marketing strategy to ensure the relevancy of plans
  • Identified and targeted the right audiences efficiently with cookie-cutter creative and precise targeting
  • Determined the right keywords to leverage digitally and make the most out of it through relevant ads Implemented continuous A/B testing to ensure effective creatives that drive better media efficiency

The Results

  • VANZO (Chinese market page) and VANZO Malaysia (Malay market page) average page post engagement rates grew by 540.6% and 13.47% respectively in just 2 months of managing the Facebook page. 
  • VANZO’s (Chinese market page) organic reach increased by 6.21%
  • VANZO (Chinese market page) and VANZO Malaysia (Malay market page) click-through rates on social postings increased by 125% and 15% respectively
